About the role:
- Supporting and assisting in the maintenance and continuation of day-to-day responsibilities of the IT Operations Team, working within the team to follow guidance from senior staff.
- Supporting and maintaining various aspects of technical operations of the business to ensure the smooth functioning of internal systems and infrastructure.
- Assisting day-to-day tasks related to security, hardware maintenance, software support, and both internal and external support services.
- Collaborate with other teams and team members to address technical issues and support business operations, whilst dedicating time to both work-based learning and study for the apprenticeship qualification.
