Role: Cyber Security Practice head Location: Bangalore Mandatory Job Type: Full-time Model: 5 days work from office Role: Technical Solution Architect Start date: Immediate requirement Budget: 65 LPA Role description: Candidates evaluated are largely internally focused and do not demonstrate the mindset or experience required to build or lead a cybersecurity practice. They are better suited for functional roles under CIO/CISO organizations rather than driving a business unit or delivery-led practice. From a long-term perspective, they are unlikely to meet future leadership expectations. Given this, we should shift our focus toward candidates from service delivery organizations or high-growth startups who bring strong cybersecurity offerings experience and demonstrate the ability and willingness to scale a practice.
