Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute deployment and implementation activities for cybersecurity and network security solutions, ensuring accurate configuration and seamless integration.
- Provide post-sales technical support for customer projects at both local and regional levels, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Deliver on-site implementation services, including system configuration, testing, and preparation of comprehensive deployment and handover documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, or operational issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system reliability.
- Be available for 24×7 maintenance and support when required.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client satisfaction.
