Job Description
Thales Spain is looking for a person with a technical profile and at least 4 years of experience in cyber security infrastructure management and support to participate in the operation and support of NGFW environments based on CheckPoint, PaloAlto, and Fortinet. 100% project-based and shift work.
Job responsibilities:
- Operation and administration of equipment and environments within the scope (backups, log management, health monitoring, etc.)
- Management of requests and incidents regarding infrastructure and policies
- Fine-tuning and evolution of security capabilities in different policies and needs
- Corrective and reactive support for incidents, bugs, and malfunctions, either independently or through case management with the manufacturer.
