EllisDon, a leading construction and services company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to oversee incident response, security monitoring, and continuous improvement for on‑prem and building site environments. Responsibilities
Act as service delivery manager and subject‑matter expert (SME) to the SOC team during the run phase of the service. Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance on incident response management, coordinating efforts across EllisDon. Manage escalations, daily operations, resources, incident management, and reporting and review of contractual metrics (KPI/SLA). Implement and support security for EllisDon on‑prem and building site environments, including the implementation of technological solutions. Participate in business development activities (including responses to RFP/I/Q). Champion continuous service improvement and drive automation efforts.
