About the Role We are looking for a
Cybersecurity Service Management Lead (End User Environment)
to oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity operations services. This role suits a security professional with broad exposure across security domains and strong service governance capabilities. The focus is on managing outcomes, vendors, and service performance-not hands‑on SOC work.
Key Responsibilities Service & Operations Leadership Manage end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity services with consistent performance. Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, including SOC, engineering, and platform services. Drive operational governance, reporting, and service performance reviews. Vendor & Partner Management Lead vendor oversight, performance tracking, and SLA compliance. Serve as the escalation point for service delivery issues.
