Birdman is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist (Lead) located in Spain, Castilla-La Mancha. In this role, you will take full ownership of the paid media strategy for our D2C channel across Shopify MX and US.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, specifically in Meta and Google Ads, and a solid background in Email and SMS marketing, particularly using Klaviyo. You will be responsible for optimizing ROAS and CAC while collaborating with various teams to enhance performance across channels.
