Our client, a global financial entity, is searching for a D365 CE Developement Manager. The role requires 4 days onsite in the office in downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor and grow a team of developers for the development, integrations and maintenance of applications Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Align engineering efforts with business objectives and long-term strategy.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning.
- Implement and refine development processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and improve code quality, testing coverage, and system reliability.
