the role
:D CE Functional Consultants are responsible for delivering specific areas of D CE functional solution on delivery projects. They are also responsible for supporting D CE functional responses and prepare demos on sales pursuits, building and testing D CE functional IP and assets, and meeting the general expectations in line with their consulting grade.
Key Responsibilities:
Building relationships with new and existing PwC and client team members
Documenting, proposing and discussing solution options as a part of the programme team (high level design / low level design)
Configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement solutions to fit project requirements.
Working closely with technical development capability, including near shore and off shore teams.
