Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive D365 Finance & Operations Functional Support Specialist to support and evolve our enterprise D365 F&O platform. This role suits someone with strong functional depth, solid technical awareness, and a customer-focused mindset who enjoys owning support outcomes in a complex, integrated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide functional support across D365 Finance & Operations modules (including Finance, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay), ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Configure and maintain D365 F&O features including security, workflows, batch jobs, and system settings in line with best practices
- Troubleshoot and support third-party ISVs and customizations integrated with D365 F&O
