• 悉心为宾客提供有关菜单项的信息，并提供相关帮助
• 遵循餐厅政策、流程和服务标准
• 全面了解酒水单和促销活动
• 全面了解所有菜单项、配料、含量和制作方法
• 在提供餐饮时须遵循所有安全和环境卫生政策
• 上级主管安排的其它任务
• 有餐饮领域的领导经验者优先
• 要求有使用销售点终端系统的经验
• 要求能熟练操作计算机，尤其是微软应用程序
• 有相关领域的大专及以上学历优先
• 出色的沟通和组织能力
• 出色的人际交往和问题处理能力
• 高度负责和可靠
• 能够在节奏快、压力大的环境下出色地完成工作
• 能够作为团队的一员协调工作
• 能够将注意力集中于宾客的需求，在任何时候始终保持冷静和礼貌
