Overview
Join this supportive and friendly team at Tasman Dairy. As 2nd-in-Command Production Manager, you will work closely with the Farm Manager, help implement farm plans, and take responsibility for feed allocation, animal health, breeding, and animal records. You will also muck in and support the team as needed and take charge of the team on the Farm Manager’s day off, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Just 15 minutes from Levin, Tasman Organics is a certified organic dairy farm covering 155 effective hectares. We milk around 330 cows at peak through a 30‑aside herringbone shed and operate a 5:2 roster for most of the year, switching to a 6:2 pattern in spring to meet seasonal needs.
