Experience: 10-20 yrs in Dairy plant Ops, Quality, Production Or Academia
Experience Preferred: Dairy Industry + Academia (Dairy Technology)
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, Food Technology
Role Purpose
This is a high-impact role in the Industrial function. The role has blend of both;
Core Operational excellence and Academia. The Industrial Trainer or the Capability Head will be responsible for training, mentoring and developing the Dairy Technologist Trainees (GET/Fresher Dairy Technologists) who join us through campus placements, every year.
