We are currently looking for a
Danish Proofreader Assistant (M/F/D)
Your mission :
- Compare the proof with the manuscript or, if necessary, with previous proofs, and insert possible author's corrections with a view to delivering the ‘pass for press’.
- Check the table of contents, ensure that titles on the content page correspond to the titles in the text and validate different formats including multimedia (HTML, ePub).
- Copy-edit (rewriting, revision) texts written by non-native speakers, at the request of the author;
- check the internal consistency of the text (contents, references and titles of quoted acts, correspondence between titles in the text and a possible table of contents, etc.).
