This position involves providing comprehensive customer service and technical support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat about electronic products and services.
- Assist with troubleshooting, product inquiries, warranty issues, and order processing.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow up as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with new electronics products, features, and company policies to provide accurate information.
