Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. You will listen, respond, and mediate between international travelers and accommodation suppliers from all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service. You will handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following established processes via email and phone.
Requirements
- Danish: C2 level and advanced English
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
