Job Description
Purpose This role is a split function role, covering both DAPO and Drive Case Management. DAPO: RISE is a domestic abuse program provider as part of the Domestic Abuse Protection Orders (DAPOs) pilot running in Croydon, Bromley and Sutton. A core feature of the DAPO is the imposition of positive requirements, mandating the perpetrator to take an action, including attendance on DRIVEs behaviour change program. DRIVE: RISE provides the Pan London Drive Case Manager Service, working closely with statutory and voluntary agencies within each of the 32 London boroughs to design a coordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. The Case Manager will accept referrals from both Drive and DAPO referral pathways; (where the DAPO referral specifies a positive requirement to engage with the Drive Behaviour Change Program.)
