Your Mission
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Dash 8 operations, upholding the highest standards of airmanship and safety.
- Execute all phases of multi-crew IFR flight: performance planning, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and operational decision-making.
- Lead with strong CRM, TEM, and SMS discipline; mentor and develop the flight deck team.
- Ensure full compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company SOPs.
