What you'll do
Operate the Dash 8 as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs, CARs, and manufacturer guidance. Champion safety in all phases of flight while balancing passenger comfort and schedule reliability. Collaborate with the Captain, Dispatch, and Cabin Crew to deliver a seamless travel experience. Complete precise flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough pre/post-flight inspections. Participate in recurrent training, briefings, and safety management initiatives. What you bring
