Job Description
The Data Administrator Lead is responsible for building and operating a trusted, scalable, and governed data foundation across Solvias. This is the first hire in the Data & AI Office, combining hands-on delivery, data governance, and platform ownership.
The role is accountable for transforming data into a business asset, enabling decision-making, automation, and AI use cases across ERP, LIMS, Chromeleon, CRM, report automation, and future digital platforms. Aiming to enable the productivity of our teams and reimagine the workplace more efficiently.
This is a hands-on builder role (player-coach), expected to deliver the first data products within months, not just define frameworks. Success is measured by business adoption, data quality, and delivered outcomes.
