Job Description
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or Tableau)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple business systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with business units to define reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
