Darkhorse Emergency provides software and custom analytics for fire, EMS and police services to make data-driven decisions and better serve their communities. What began as a loose collection of Excel spreadsheets and Ph.D. thesis Matlab code has evolved into an ecosystem of database-driven web apps and best practices.
