What you'll be doing
Partner with clinical departments to identify, design, and implement data analytics solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making
Lead development of data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to generate actionable healthcare insights
Oversee charge code creation by applying service and billing rules to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
Analyse impact of service changes, revisions, workload trends, and performance indicators to guide business decisions
Manage preparation of timely financial and operational reports, including service-level cost and revenue analysis
