  • Support root cause identification for dashboard/report issues through data validation and error pattern analysis.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for dashboard/report discrepancies using Google BigQuery (SQL) and escalate technical issues to Data Engineers when needed.
  • Document findings related to dashboard inconsistencies, query mismatches, and recurring issues.
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining dashboards/reports using Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio.
  • Support dashboard QA and validation in collaboration with engineering and business teams.
  • Gather, clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.
  • Support exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and support report enhancement initiatives.
