Job Description
- Apply advanced data analytical skills to devise effective detection strategies to identify problematic listings and violations within the Shopee content ecosystem including livestream and videos to mitigate risk for the platform and ensure good user experience
- Develop dashboards and automated reports to keep track of operational efficiency, strategy effectiveness and agent productivity
- Work with product and Data Science teams to support the development of models for a more accurate and wider detection
- Design and review operational processes to drive productivity and quality improvements among listing and content agents
- Deep dive into pain points of sellers’ listing upload journey to optimise user experience
- Project manage the rollout and adoption of initiatives and features, including coordinating testing, developing training material, reporting and tracking of impact across Shopee markets
