• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track service agreements and aftermarket performance
• Analyze service agreement data to identify gaps, growth trends, retention risks, and opportunities
• Support global alignment of metrics, definitions, and reporting standards
• Deliver North America aftermarket parts sales analysis to senior channel leadership
• Analyze regional and global spare parts performance to support growth initiatives
• Track AMPS (Aftermarket Parts & Services) initiatives and KPIs
• Analyze distributor inventory levels and turnover
• Develop recommended stocking lists based on demand, installed base, and growth targets
• Support forecasting analysis to improve availability, ATO performance, and inventory efficiency
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations to distributors
