As a Data Analyst in the Partner BI team, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that shape youth employment strategies. You’ll collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver high-quality analyses, build dashboards, and support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data analyses to derive business insights.
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to ensure accurate pipelines and models.
- Document data sources, models, and catalogs.
- Prepare analytical datasets for Partner/Employer teams.
- Implement data governance policies and ensure data quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs.
- Train and support business users in data adoption and interpretation.
