The Customer Master Data Analyst / Data Steward is responsible for the operational management, analysis, and continuous improvement of customer master data used across commercial and operational systems. This role ensures customer data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to established governance and quality standards.
Working closely with the Data Quality Lead and Data Governance Lead, the role supports daily data stewardship activities, performs data analysis to identify issues or trends, and provides reporting that enables Sales Operations and commercial teams to make informed decisions.
The role acts as a key bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring customer data supports critical processes such as customer onboarding, territory management, sales reporting, and order fulfillment.
