- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and extract actionable insights to increase digital products engagement, improve customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and assess the performance of digital banking products and features.
- Improve team documentation, including metric documentation, data dictionaries, code documentation, process documentation, and other relevant documentation.
- Work with different stakeholders to define metrics, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of SeaBank business, product and operations
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree and above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, and other related fields
