JOB PURPOSE
The Data Analytics & Business Support Specialist is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
