THE ROLE
The CRM Specialist will work as a member of the Data & Analytics team to help drive data strategy and actionable insights throughout the project. This critical role will be focused on the implementation, automation, maintenance, and innovation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system as it relates to Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Business-to-Business sales and general reporting.
