The mission of the Engineering Enablement Department — our platform organization — is to provide the composable building blocks, unified foundations, and operational guardrails that empower teams to assemble world-class engineering, data, and AI solutions at scale.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Engineering Enablement team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the operational engine of our Platform organization, the team responsible for building the technical foundation that powers Aritzia. Unlike Technical Program Manager (TPM) roles focused on line-of-business features, as a Platform TPM you will manage the delivery of capabilities — the cloud infrastructure, developer tools, and data platforms that our engineering teams rely on every day.
