Our client is a first-class diagnostic centre situated at the heart of Sunyani, Bono Region with state-of-art technology in providing Laboratory and Pathology, X-Ray, CT scan, Endoscopy, ECG Ultrasound, Mammography and Routine Health Check-up Services. The Centre requires for immediate employment, the following persons for its operations: Data and Record Officer
Duties
• Receive and process patient forms, medical and test results
• Ensure compliance with confidential laws and regulations and data protection regulations
• Manage and update data for clinical databases and register and implement an effective electronic health record system
• Use classification software to allocate appropriate clinical codes for insurance compensation and data examination
Qualification Required & Experience
• Diploma in Health Information / Certificate in Medical records
• Registered with Allied Health Professional Council...
