- Supporting out-of-warranty server issues
- Failure Incident Support and Diagnostics
- OS-level diagnostics (E.g., logging into systems to identify root causes)
- Pre-vendor triage (E.g., log collection and preparation for vendors)
- System Recovery & Configuration
- Post-repair system configuration (E.g., DHCP, disk mounting)
- OS-level repairs (E.g., disk remounting)
- Request service
- Network equipment failure drill exercises
- Coordination with Carrier or IDC providers
