What You'll Do:
- Technical Support: Provide hands‑on support at our Penang data center, ensuring critical systems run smoothly for enterprise clients
- Expert Technical Consulting: Guide clients on Exabytes’ colocation, managed hosting, and data center services to help them find the right infrastructure fit.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows and Linux hosting environments, including backup systems such as Acronis, Veeam, and R1Soft.
