AWS has an exciting Data Center Technician/Engineer opportunity in Dubai for a UAE national with a family book. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Troubleshooting:
- Perform a variety of DCO procedures including break‑and‑fix repairs, host‑level decommissions (HLD), server rack decommissions (SRD), media removal, media destruction, and first responder duties.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues using SOPs and available documentation; escalate when actions deviate from established procedures.
