Requirements
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Mechanical/HVAC systems in mission‑critical facility environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, power plants, or production factories).
- Ability to perform material handling tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and using safety equipment, ladders, and PPE.
- Fluent English communication for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Availability to work non‑standard hours and shifts.
Preferred qualifications
- 5 years of experience in mechanical/cooling distribution systems maintenance or a related construction or technical field.
