AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, specialists, and managers to maintain high‑capacity data centers across the globe.
Key job responsibilities- You will work as part of the Operations team with the primary responsibility of maintaining and upkeeping data center infrastructure.
- Install server racks, perform hardware break‑fix on components, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to emergent situations affecting operational stability.
- Work with SLAs on assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow and serve as the first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
