Responsibilities- Change control management
- Incident management and resolution
- Management and tracking of Assets
- Supervision and escorting of 3rd Party Vendors
- Planning and implementation of all IT hardware installations adhering to strict Data Centre Standards.
- Planning and decommission of network hardware and structured cabling
- Updating all relevant documentation and inventories
- Completing all service requests, within the agreed SLA
- Compliance with Client and End customer Health & Safety procedures
- Compliance with Manufacturers, Client and End customer Quality Standards
- Compliance to Clients and Support Services approved processes
- Ensure security procedures with reference to Data Centres are complied with.
