Your role would require you to design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust data architectures. You will ensure that the data is of high quality, is accessible and optimized for consumption by data scientists and business analysts

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for HR data science and analytics initiatives.
- Develop ETL/ELT processes to integrate data across multiple HR platforms such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, Payroll etc.
