Robert Half is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist who is looking to start their career with us! As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Entering customer and account data from paper and electronic source files into the database.

+ Reviewing data to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and that proper procedures were followed.

+ Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.

+ Responding promptly to company queries.

+ Carrying out administrative tasks, such as document file maintenance.

+ Attend and complete training sessions to grow knowledge on job functions.


Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience with MS Office, data programs and administrative skills.
