Role overview
Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting a UK-based employer. You will keep records accurate and up to date, working through spreadsheets, forms and databases with care. This is a 100% remote role for detail-focused South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update data across spreadsheets and internal systems
- Check records for accuracy and fix errors or duplicates
- Process forms and documents within agreed timelines
- Run simple reports and organise files
- Flag anything that looks incorrect or incomplete
What you'll need
- Experience with data entry or administrative work
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
