We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Document Controller exclusively for UAE Nationals . The role focuses on accurate data entry, document management, and record keeping . The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and able to maintain up-to-date records in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities – Data Entry, Customer Interaction & Technical Support
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Organize, control, and archive documents, ensuring proper naming, version control, and easy retrieval.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers for all files.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing or submission.
- Support departments by retrieving records and documents when needed.
- Follow document control procedures and ensure confidentiality of company information.
