About the role
The Data Governance & Quality Lead will play a pivotal role in establishing and embedding effective data governance, stewardship, and data quality practices across the organisation’s Dynamics 365 ecosystem and connected applications. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, process owners, data owners, and technical teams, this role will drive the identification, prioritisation, remediation, and prevention of data quality issues that impact operational performance, customer experience, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a robust governance framework, define data ownership and accountability structures, and lead data quality improvement initiatives across key business processes.
