Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to run reports (e.g. manifests, load discrepancy, hold list, warehouse report) and distribute it to various internal stakeholders
- Assist to do accurate data entry of paperwork and submit volume shipment reports into UPS systems for tracking
- Proactively follow up on incoming emails, inbound package resolution and check on discrepancies
- Resolve pending packages outside the office for address corrections or package exceptions resolutions.
- Possess a Diploma (or equivalent) in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant fields
- Possess 1 - 2 years of logistics data management or logistics/aviation industry experience
- Possess strong communication (at least English) and interpersonal skills
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Willing to work on shifts, especially night shift (11pm to 9am/10pm to 8am/...
