Job Description
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics operations management, preferably in a large and matrix organization.
Strong knowledge and skills in data and analytics concepts, tools, and technologies, such as data warehousing, business intelligence, data visualization, data governance, and data quality.
Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software, such as Scrum, Kanban, ADO, Aha! and Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a high degree of initiative and ownership
