What You Will Get to Do:
- Serve as the Data Steward for Salesforce, owning CRM data accuracy, governance, and system integrity across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and related objects.
- Create and continuously maintain structured, accurate documentation that reflects system rules, validation logic, and operational workflows.
- Execute complex data operations including account hierarchy management, bulk uploads, lifecycle updates, and deduplication — with strong first-pass accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact ownership, account ownership, territory assignments, opportunity assignment, and hierarchy alignment.
