- Performs privacy audits throughout the organization and its entities
- Creates and manages effective response plans in response to audit results
- Establishes an effective tracking and monitoring system for regulatory and compliance requirements
- Aids in assessment of activities, policies and procedures which in involve processing of personal data to manage risks
- Aids in creation of policies and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations
- Aids in creation and facilitation of training programs for Data Privacy Awareness
- Performs tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time to aid the organization in achieving its goal of compliance with the Data Privacy Act and management of risks associated with Data Processing Activities.
