Job Responsibilities

Define and Manage Data Metrics & Measurement Frameworks

  • Design and maintain end‑to‑end KPI and metric frameworks to evaluate product outcomes, user experience, and system performance
  • Ensure metrics are well-defined, consistent, and decision‑ready across platforms and applications

    • Translate System and User Behaviors into Analyzable Data Models

  • Structure complex system behaviors user interactions, decision paths, state transitions) into analyzable data concepts
  • Work with engineering teams to standardize logging, event schemas, and analytical semantics

    • Lead Data‑Driven Continuous Improvement (PDCA Loop)

  • Formulate data‑backed hypotheses for product and system optimization
