Job Description
We are recruiting a Data Protection & DLP Engineer for a global energy trading company based in Geneva.
This is a technical hands-on role reporting directly to the CISO, focused on deploying and operating enterprise-wide data classification and DLP capabilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
The role requires strong technical depth to implement solutions, project management skills to sequence deployments, and the ability to investigate data exfiltration incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation & Automation (Priority)
- Design and deploy technical data classification and labelling frameworks
- Build and automate data discovery, protection and encryption policies
- Develop scripts and technical solutions to maximise automation
- Configure DLP tools across cloud, email, web and endpoint channels
